➊ Initial Consultation

The initial consultation allows the client and Stoney Brook to outline the project objectives and to begin the free flowing of dreams and ideas.

➋ Design Meeting

Upon completion of the first design a meeting will be scheduled to view the first series of concepts. This meeting will give the project the final direction that is needed.

➌ Final Detail and Review

The final meeting will be for the purpose of client approval of the revised plan and detailed proposal. All parts of the project will have an individual budget.

➍ Pre Site Preparation

At this Point all permits will be obtained as required, dig safe will be notified and a job process report will be reviewed with the client. Every project is managed by a Stoney Brook owner or foreman with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

➎ Project Completion

Upon project completion and a thorough cleanup, a final inspection will be completed with the client and an owner of Stoney Brook. At this point any further maintenance required will be outlined and detailed instructions on proper care of plants and lawns will be finalized.
